The dPMR Association (“we”, “us”) own this website (“the Website”) and our registered office is 12 Priestley Way, London, NW2 7BA. Your use of the Website indicates acceptance of these Terms. The Website may only be used in accordance with these Terms and for lawful and proper purposes. The Terms and Conditions that follow are the entire agreement relating to your use of the Website. No other written or oral statement (including statements in any brochure or promotional or marketing literature published by the dPMR Association) will be incorporated.

Use of the Website, any downloaded material from it and the operation of these Terms shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The dPMR Association reserves the right to bring any action for breach before the courts of your country of residence. The dPMR Association does not collect personal details of visitors to the Website; any information voluntarily sent to Us will remain confidential and we do not pass any information to any third party including any member or organisation listed on the Website.

All intellectual property rights in the materials on the Website and in the underlying software code are owned by the dPMR Association and/or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, adapt, distribute, sell or otherwise transfer any material on the Website without prior written permission from the dPMR Association. The contents of the Website may be downloaded, printed or copied by its members to market the dPMR Association’s services.

We do not collect any data on visitors to this website. Should you contact us with an enquiry via email or other means, any personal information provided by you will be stored only for as long as it takes to fully respond to your enquiry. We consider any enquiry you make to represent a Legitimate Interest under the terms of EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and may at our discretion share any data you provide with the membership of the dPMR Association, where appropriate, in order to deal with your enquiry fully. If you opt-in and provide your email address to subscribe to the latest news on dPMR technology and the products and solutions available from its membership, we will continue to provide you with these until you unsubscribe from the service or ask us to permanently remove any information we hold about you from our database.

The dPMR Association has within the Website listed companies that are members of the association and although We’ve taken great care in their selection you can appreciate that We cannot accept responsibility for information, products or services supplied by them or for their conduct of matters which are directly under their control. These companies are independent organisations. Their listing on the Website does not represent an endorsement by Us and We are not liable for any consequential damages or loses resulting in any engagement with them.

The dPMR Association does not use any Cookie scheme.
